- 15-Day Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all calibration certificates
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or pro account details
Non-Returnable Items:
- Nutrition & Hydration: Opened or used consumables (for hygiene reasons)
- Calibrated Tools: Power meters and torque wrenches with broken calibration seals
- Custom Orders: Products modified per team/workshop specifications
