2. Free Economy Shipping
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Available for orders over $50
• Ideal for non-urgent equipment orders

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

  • All calibration certificates and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following professional equipment cannot be returned:

  • Nutrition & Hydration: Opened or used consumables (for hygiene reasons)
  • Calibrated Tools: Power meters and torque wrenches with broken calibration seals
  • Custom Orders: Products modified per team/workshop specifications
